BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Perbadanan Putrajaya (PPj) had a total of 1,200 units of PCs, 300 units of notebooks, 200 units of printers, 800 units of IP Phone and 100 units of scanners. Two (2) units of Exchange servers and storage. Considering the number of hardware and software the need to maintained is daunting task and need continuous support.
TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS
This managed services project was successfully managed and supported by 3FRSB for 2 years (2008-10). All the service level agreements (SLAs) was met and monthly report was submitted on time on monthly report was submitted on time on monthly basis.
BUSINESS IMPACT
PPj business operation was runs smoothly and the outsourcing services rendered by 3FRSB has met PPj satisfactory level.
