Employee Self Service (ESS) Kiosk

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Prasarana had a difficulty to deliver information to the scattered employees mostly situated in Bus Depots to unavailability of an Employee Self Service (ESS) Kiosk.

TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

The project was awarded to 3FRSB in 2012. The scope requires 3FRSB to deploy x86-based hardware virtualization technology to be implemented with the network infrastructure of Prasarana which consist of Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Prasarana acquires the latest scalable, reliable and high performance multimedia interactive ESS durable kiosks with stable open-system operation system to deliver information to the employees at the selected Bus Depots at the response time needed in today and tomorrow.
