Mr. Muamar, aged 52, is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of 3F Resources Sdn Bhd. After years of involvement in the ICT industry, he decided to venture into entrepreneurship together with his long-time business partner in 2004. He has held his directorship since February 2005 and currently serves as the Senior Director overseeing several key departments, including Sales and Technology Managed Services.
His journey has been driven by hard work and perseverance. The experience he gained from running his own small enterprise and later serving in various SME companies—ranging from electrical, civil, and IT engineering businesses—has strengthened his capabilities and determination to build and lead his own company.
Under his leadership, 3F has achieved significant milestones and continues to soar to greater heights. One of the company’s most notable recognitions is being awarded the status of “Syarikat Teras”, a Bumiputera entrepreneurial development programme under TERAJU, a unit of the Prime Minister’s Department (JPM).
Mr. Muamar is also actively involved in public service. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Perbadanan Kota Buku (Book Capital Corporation), an agency under the Ministry of Education Malaysia, where he has served for two years.
A graduate of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Mr. Muamar is deeply engaged in social and community-oriented activities. He previously served as the Secretary General of his university’s Alumni Association and is currently a member of Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia as well as the Malay College Old Boys Association (MCOBA).
Giving back to the community has always been close to his heart. He successfully initiated a collaboration with a rural primary school in Perak, making it 3F’s adopted school. This initiative focuses on improving students’ academic performance through various academic support and motivational programmes.
