BUSINESS CHALLENGE
ITBM had a difficulty to record, maintain and consolidate all its business operation data and transaction due to unavailability of an intergrade computerised system.
TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION
The project was awarded to 3FRSB in 2008 and the project was completed a year later. Twelve (12) core systems was developed and integrated within a single database. The scope also requires 3FRSB to execute with the site preparation and supply related ICT hardware.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The completion of the system had smoothen ITBM business operation and the system also allow the public to assess the information through its web portal.
