Introduction
Common Office Environment Suite is a latest addition to 3F Resources Software Development. The Suite is developed especially for usage in office environment where we focus on electronic applications that help the staff to improve the quality of their work.
Application such as Staff Attendance and Reporting System (StARS), eDocument Management System (eDMS), Fixed Asset Tracking System (FiATS) and Helpdesk System are among our current available off the shelf application. 3F Resources also continuously plan to enhanced these applications and at the same time add more applications to the suite.
Available Application
Staff Attendance and Reporting System (StARS)
StARS is a web-based attendance monitoring system where each staff attendance would be recorded via web interface or using biometric devices. Human Resources Department would have access to evaluate staff performance and make report based on the staff’s performance.
eDocument Management System (eDMS)
eDMS is a web based document management monitoring system where each project is documented and kept online. This is to ensure that the security of the document is protected. Another step towards the paperless concept, this system enables the personnel and the top management alike to keep tabs on their progress.
Fixed Asset Tracking System (FiATS)
FiATS is a web based asset tracking system where each asset in the organization will be monitored and managed right from the system. This is to ensure that asset would be managed properly and maintenance of each asset can be done directly.
Helpdesk & Monitoring System
Helpdesk System is a web based helpdesk management system where client or staff of an organization can manage trouble ticket in an organized manner. Technician or supervisor can directly update trouble ticket at any moment, the system also support online reporting.
